All we want to see in the cloud is less carbon, so we'll never share your personal information.  Protecting your private information is our priority. We use Google analytics to understand how this site is used, but we protect the privacy of everyone who visits.

This Statement of Privacy applies to Act Now Bay Area (formerly Drawdown Bay Area), a fiscally sponsored non-profit in the State of California, and governs data collection and usage via https://www.actnowbayarea.org (and https://www.drawdownbayarea.org). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Act Now Bay Area include https://www.actnowbayarea.org (and Drawdown Bay Area & https://www.drawdownbayarea.org), a nonprofit organization website. By using the Act Now Bay Area website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

If you donate to Act Now Bay Area, we will collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to acknowledge your contribution, complete the transaction, and for annual non-profit tax filing.

Children Under Thirteen 

Act Now Bay Area does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
